Custom aprons for hospitality, retail and workwear
Gazelle produces custom aprons for restaurants, cafes and bars, retail and salon staff, craft and workshop use and branded gifting. Aprons are developed to a specification covering body fabric, straps and adjustability, pockets, length and coverage, hardware and logo, then approved on a sample for fit and wash durability.
Construction and fit
We develop bib aprons, waist and bistro aprons, cross-back and apron-dress styles in short, midi and long lengths. Strap options include self-fabric ties, adjustable neck buckles, snap hooks and cross-back straps that reduce neck load. Pocket layouts, pen slots, towel loops and reinforced stress points are tailored to hospitality or workshop use, with fit graded across staff sizes.
Materials
Fabrics include cotton and cotton-canvas, polyester-cotton blends for easy-care uniforms, denim, waxed canvas, linen for lifestyle retail and coated or water-resistant fabrics for workshops. Weight and wash behaviour are matched to repeated commercial laundering, and colour fastness is checked so dark aprons do not mark uniforms.
Decoration and branding
Embroidery is the premium default for logos and staff names, with screen print, woven labels, leather patches and debossing also available. Placement across chest, hem and pockets is confirmed on the sample, and per-staff names can be handled for uniform programmes.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
Custom apron MOQ commonly starts around 200–300 pieces per style and colour; hospitality chains and uniform programmes scale to large repeat orders. A pre-production sample confirms fit, straps, pockets and logo, with lead time set against opening or rollout dates.
