Silhouette and construction

Snapbacks are almost always a structured five- or six-panel crown with a flat or slightly pre-curved peak. Five-panel builds suit a single large front panel and runner/outdoor crossover looks; six-panel is the classic hip-hop and sports shape. We control the front-panel firmness, the seam where the peak joins the crown, and the eight-stitch detail that signals quality. Options include sandwich peaks with a contrast colour line, two-tone and colour-block panels, and a choice of flat or pre-bent peak confirmed at sampling.

Closures, fit and components

The snap closure itself is customisable by colour and finish, with matching, contrast or translucent snaps, and a rear opening sized for embroidery or a woven label. For programmes that prefer a premium feel we also offer strapback closures with metal buckles or Velcro. Top button, eyelets (sewn or metal), ventilation and rear strap geometry are matched to your design so the back of the cap is as considered as the front.

Fabrics and decoration

Cotton twill, acrylic-wool blends (the classic snapback hand-feel), performance polyester, corduroy, suede-look and washed cotton are all in range. Snapbacks carry dense decoration especially well: 3D puff embroidery, flat embroidery, woven and chenille patches, leather and PVC badges, appliqué, screen and sublimation print. Because the structured front stays rigid, large puff logos remain crisp rather than warping the panel — we still tune embroidery density to prevent puckering.
