Custom visors and sun visors
Visors are open-top headwear: a peak with a sweatband and adjustable rear closure, with no crown. They provide sun and glare protection without heat or hair compression, making them a favourite for golf, tennis, running, hospitality and promotions. Gazelle develops visors as a fully specified product — peak shape and curvature, foam or woven sweatband, closure geometry and logo placement — rather than printing a generic blank.
Construction and fit
A visor is engineered around the headband-to-peak junction. The headband uses a cushioned foam core wrapped in performance fabric, or a lighter woven self-fabric band, shaped to hold the peak firmly without pressure points. We offer pre-curved and slightly flatter peaks, low-profile race fits and wide golf peaks, with Velcro, elastic or buckle closures graded for men's, women's and youth sizes. A sample confirms peak hold, sweatband comfort and how the visor folds and recovers in a bag.
Fabrics and performance
Peak and band fabrics are chosen for outdoor use: lightweight wicking polyester, recycled poly, cotton twill for lifestyle looks, brushed microfiber and mesh-backed bands. Sweatbands use moisture-managing, optionally antimicrobial-treated material. Any UPF, cooling or antimicrobial claim is developed against a tested specification rather than applied without evidence.
Decoration
Visors present a clean front peak and a generous headband for branding: thin-density or 3D embroidery, woven labels, reflective print, heat transfer, bonded silicone and sublimation on white polyester. Front and side placements are checked on the sample so the logo stays visible under movement.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
Custom visor MOQ commonly starts around 100 pieces per colourway, with golf day, tennis club and large event orders scaling quickly. Pre-production samples on an existing construction can move as fast as roughly three days, and bulk timing is aligned to tournament and launch dates.
Who custom visors are for
Golf and tennis clubs and tournaments, running and triathlon events, resort and spa uniforms, hospitality and outdoor staff, beach and lifestyle brands, and promotions needing lightweight unisex sun protection.
