Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom cap order take from start to delivery?

Standard lead time is 45-60 days end-to-end for first orders. This breaks down as: 3-7 days for sample, 10-15 days for pre-production sample and fabric booking, 15-25 days for mass production, 2-4 days for final inspection, and 15-30 days for sea freight. Re-orders of the same style can be 30-45 days.

What is the MOQ for custom caps?

100 pieces per style per colorway for most caps. Knit accessories (beanies, scarves, gloves) start at 200 pieces. Bags start at 200. We can do 50-piece trial runs for new clients on certain styles.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We produce physical samples in 3-7 days for caps, 5-10 days for knit accessories, 7-14 days for bags. Sample cost is USD 50-150 per style, refundable against bulk orders above 5,000 units. We pay freight for the first sample on larger orders.

What compliance certifications do you hold?

Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar (annual), SA8000:2014 (annual), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for fabric, BSCI, ISO 9001. We work with Disney ILS, Target, and Walmart compliance programs on a per-customer basis.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes, if it meets our compliance standards (OEKO-TEX or equivalent for your destination). Customer-supplied fabric adds 2-3 days for incoming inspection and 5% markup on defect loss. We can also source from our qualified mill list and ship the bulk fabric spec with the order.
