A fast-growing streetwear label was let down by two suppliers in a row — inconsistent embroidery quality and a missed delivery that cost them a retail launch. They needed a factory that could hold quality at scale and hit fixed drop dates.

We started with a 500-piece trial: lab dips for exact Pantone matching, 3D puff embroidery samples in 5 days, and a shared production calendar. Once quality was approved, we mapped a 12-month rolling order plan with reserved line capacity for their seasonal drops.
