MOQ varies by product: caps start at 100 pieces, bags at 200, masks at 500, and knitwear at 100. We accommodate smaller runs for sample orders and larger runs up to 50,000+ pieces.

Yes. You can mix styles, colors, and sizes within one order as long as each variant meets its MOQ (e.g. 100 pcs per colorway for caps). Mixed orders are priced per variant.

Yes. We offer trial runs as low as 100 pieces for caps so you can test our quality and service before scaling up. Many long-term clients started with a small trial order.

Our Dongguan facility produces up to 10 million pieces per year. We regularly handle single orders of 50,000-500,000 pieces and can scale further with advance scheduling.

Physical samples are produced in 3-7 days from your spec approval. We ship the sample to you with tracking. Express courier takes 3-5 days worldwide.

Samples cost $35 per piece including express shipping. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place a bulk order. Complex samples (multi-color embroidery, custom fabrics) may cost slightly more.

Yes. Send your artwork and we provide a free digital mockup within 24-48 hours showing logo placement, colors, and construction — so you can approve details before we cut fabric.

Two free revisions are included with every sample. We adjust embroidery, fit, colors, or materials based on your feedback until you are satisfied before mass production.

15-25 days for most products after sample approval. Complex items (multi-color embroidery, custom fabrics) may take up to 35 days. Rush orders are available.

Yes. Rush production as fast as 10-12 days is available for most styles at a 15-20% surcharge, subject to line capacity. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

We proactively notify you of any risk to the schedule at least 7 days before the ship date. Delays caused by us are compensated per contract terms. 96% of our orders ship on or before the confirmed date.

Yes. BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS (recycled), ISO 9001 quality management. Disney FAMA approved. We provide audit reports on request.

Yes. We regularly pass audits from SGS, TUV, Intertek, and brand-appointed auditors. Existing BSCI and SEDEX reports are available for review, and we welcome new audit requests.

Yes. Materials can be supplied with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH (EU), and CPSIA (US children's products) compliance documentation. Test reports from accredited labs available on request.

Yes. We offer FOB Hong Kong, CIF, and DDP to your warehouse. Full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, customs clearance.

Sea freight (most economical, 25-35 days to US/EU), air freight (7-12 days), and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-5 days). We recommend the best option based on your timeline and budget.

Standard: 25 pieces per polybag, 200 pieces per export carton. Custom packing (individual boxes, hang tags, belly bands, retail-ready packaging) is available on request.

Yes. Our 47-year in-house design team helps with sketches, technical drawings, material recommendations, and sample development. Design support is free for confirmed orders.

Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, woven patches, leather patches, PVC/rubber patches, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, silicone transfer, laser etching, and appliqué. Multi-technique combinations available.

Yes. We dye fabrics and threads to your Pantone references with no surcharge on orders of 500+ pieces. Lab dips are provided for your approval before bulk dyeing.

Yes. Custom woven interior labels, printed care labels, hang tags, barcode stickers, and custom packaging are all available. Send your label artwork or let our team design it for you.

Yes. Beyond our 180 stock styles, we develop fully custom patterns — unique crown shapes, brim profiles, closures, and construction. Custom pattern development typically adds 5-7 days to sampling.

Yes. GRS-certified recycled polyester, organic cotton, and rPET fabrics are available across most styles. We provide GRS transaction certificates for your sustainability reporting.

AQL 2.5 standard. 3-stage inspection: incoming materials, in-line during production, pre-shipment. Random sampling per ISO 2859-1. Inspection reports with every shipment.

Report defects within 14 days of receipt with photos. We replace or credit defective units exceeding the agreed AQL allowance. Our defect rate has stayed under 0.8% for the past 3 years.

30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners (3+ orders), we offer net-30 terms. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and PayPal for sample fees.

Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving your artwork. Your designs, molds, and patterns are contractually yours — we never sell your designs to other clients or exhibit them without permission.

Yes. We welcome factory visits at our Dongguan facility. We arrange pickup from Hong Kong or Shenzhen, walk the production lines with you, and review your products in person. Schedule a visit any time.
